Ms. Tripathi is a LL.M. (Magna Cum Laude) graduate of Pace University Law School, New York, USA. She has an excellent academic qualification and was awarded with “Nepal Vidhya Bhusan” and “Nepal Vidhya Padak” (Gold Medals) by the Rt. Hon. President of Nepal for scoring the highest marks in the Faculty of Law, Tribhuvan University. She was further awarded by Rt. Hon. Chief Justice for securing top 5 positions in overall Nepal Legal Practitioners’ Examination conducted by the Nepal Bar Council.

Ms. Tripathi specializes in the Business and Corporate Law, Commercial Arbitration, Aviation and Contract and represents the firm in the higher courts. With her prior professional engagement with International Non-Governmental Organization, she also advises her clients from non-governmental sectors in the establishment and operation of the non-governmental and non-profit organizations in Nepal.
