Associate

Mohan is an associate at Chintan Law Associates and a licensed Advocate certified by the Nepal Bar Council. His practice focuses on Business & corporate law, Foreign Investments and Intellectual Property. He holds a Bachelors degree in law (LL.B.) and M.A. from the Tribhuvan University. He’s also a graduate of Hebei Normal University in Shijiazhuang, China, where he studied Chinese as the major subject. He has worked as a transactional attorney in the past and he is fluent in English, Japanese and Chinese.
